El Shisha Group takes no liability for misuse of our products and\ndevices, nor for your reliance on information provided on other websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You must register on the Website in order to shop, to use some\nservices and to enjoy special promotions and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For safety and security, each customer is allowed to create only\none registered account with a single e-mail. For customers who attempt to\ncreate several accounts with the same e-mail, we reserve the right to suspend\naccounts without further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Customs regulations customers must provide\nvalid and accurate data. All consignee names, address and payers name should be\nvalid. In certain countries the consignee may have to submit their ID or\npassport to clear the package or for payment verification purpose. Customers\nare solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the\nWebsite. Should any information be incorrect and prevent any shipment or\ndeliveries or customs clearance, El Shisha will not be held responsible and\nwill not offer any compensation in such cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Shisha will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind\nusers to do the same. As importers the customers are responsible to comply with\nall laws and regulations in their own countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Given the popularity and\/or supply constraints of some of the\nproducts offered on the Website, El Shisha may have to limit the number of products\navailable for purchase. El Shisha reserves the right to change quantities\navailable for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following order dispatch, transportation is the sole\nresponsibility of third-party logistics company. During this stage, full\nownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer (in cases where the products\nare prepaid); therefore all associated liability and risks during\ntransportation shall be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Cancelation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customers can cancel their order at\nanytime prior to shipping, but only if the products are not already paid for. For\nmore information please contact us at info@elshisha.com<\/a>. However,\nonce the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or\nrefunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Shipping times displayed on the\nWebsite refer to the estimated dispatch time of the packages. Since the actual\ndelivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond El Shisha’s\ncontrol we suggest that if customers have a special occasion or event that they\nwish to use their item for, such as a birthday, that they order their items\nwell in advance. El Shisha cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will,\nhowever, work with you to ensure a smooth shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There may be occasions\nwhen El Shisha confirms your order but\nsubsequently learns that it cannot be supplied to you. In the event El Shisha cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely\nfashion, El Shisha will contact customers\nand offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase cost in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from\nMonday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday\netc. please allow extra delivery time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate\nshipping addresses. El Shisha cannot make\nchanges to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and El Shisha is not liable for packages lost due\nto incomplete or inaccurate addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes,\nthe buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies\nare considered delivered. El Shisha cannot be made liable of non-delivery in\nthis case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the address to which the package is sent and other contact\ninformation are the correct address and contact information as provided by the\ncustomer, El Shisha cannot be held liable if a package is returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever the customer orders is what will be shipped. We cannot be\nheld liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong\norder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days after\ndelivery for a full refund. The El Shisha company will not be responsible for\nthe return shipping costs of the items (unless they are defective). Please be\ninformed that we will refund the products value only, excluding any shipping\ncosts originally paid! All shipping costs will be at the expense of the\ncustomer unless the products were initially delivered faulty!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way please\ncontact us at info@elshisha.com<\/a> to arrange\na return. We reserve the right to inspect the product\/s and determine whether\nor not we consider them to be defective. If we find that they are, you will\nreceive a full refund or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prices and availability of items\nare subject to change without notice. For international shipments the prices do\nnot include import tax and duties, should your package become examined and\ndeemed taxable by your local customs. Payment of these is the responsibility of\nthe buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
