Delivery

The cost of the delivery depends on the size and weight of your order, the destination and the carrier
used. The delivery price will be indicated on your cart page after you fill in
all relevant information.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and shortly after you will be
able to track your order on your carrier's website.

We will send your parcel within 24 hours after receiving the order and after confirmation. Standard delivery time for the territory of Bulgaria is 24 hours, except for non working days for the courier company and national holidays. During high season, delivery might take longer. International shipping may be considerably longer if customs processing is required.

In case the Client has chosen to make a payment by bank transfer, delivery shall be made after the
advance payment of the order has been received into the company's account.

El Shisha is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect shipping
addresses given by the customer, or if the package was returned because the
customer failed to receive it or pick it up at the designated location. We will
resend items returned to the shipping company on the condition that the
customer repays the shipping fee, and verifies the correct address.

In case the client does not receive the parcel within 7 days of its arrival at the office 

of the courier company, the parcel returns to El Shisha and the recipient loses their 

right to order the cash on delivery option for the future. The only remaining options 

for future orders will be payment by debit/credit card through MyPos or bank transfer.

Customs Information (International Shipments Only)

You as the buyer are responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance
fees. Import charges can vary widely, but are typically based on the price and
type of item, package weight/dimensions, origin country, duties, and fees of
the destination country. As we cannot properly predict what these charges will
be, we do not calculate or collect these fees at time of purchase. As a result,
you as the buyer may have to pay these fees/taxes upon receipt of your
merchandise.
